Hotel Check-In

Beginning at 3:00 p.m. | Thursday, July 30th

Check-in begins Thursday at 3 PM in the hotel lobby - Energy Corridor Hotel West Houston | Hyatt Regency Houston West. If you are coming in as a group, please be sure to include the names and ages of all family members who will be in attendance so you can get your shirts and gift baskets.

Welcome Reception + Meet & Greet!

5:00 p.m. - 10 p.m. | Thursday, July 30th

Join us Thursday night for welcome drinks and light hors d'oeuvres. We've reserved a conference room in the hotel (TBA). Everyone is encouraged to attend.
